PROMAR SUMMIT 2024 aims to bring together all interested actors and stakeholders involved in the project “ Circular Economy Solutions for the Prevention of Plastic Waste in the Caribbean Sea” in order to recapitulate and synthesize the lessons learned and experiences that serve as a basis and reference for similar regional initiatives.
The actors include political agents, implementing entities, cooperating agencies, academia, consultants, non- governmental organizations, and civil society, among others, who are interested in finding solutions to the problem of marine debris accumulation in the Caribbean Sea and its coastal areas.
