Regional Consultancy National (EPR) Draft

PROMAR is pleased to extend a cordial invitation to the business community to participate in a crucial event. This is the socialization of the Draft National Regulation of Extended Responsibility of the Producer, Importer and Marketer (REP), in line with Law 225-20 on Comprehensive Management of Solid Waste and Co-processing. This event represents the second workshop in a series of activities aimed at fostering dialogue between various actors interested in the text of the draft of the national regulation of extended responsibility of the producer, importer and marketer.

PROMAR , together with the support of the Caribe Circular project, is committed to facilitating a space for interaction in which the draft regulations will be presented and explained, active participation will be promoted, and valuable contributions will be collected. Producers, importers and marketers of products that generate priority waste, included in the list of article 62 of Law 225-20, are encouraged to join us.
This event will take place on Wednesday, October 18 at 10:00 AM in the Meeting Room of the Government of La Romana. The agenda includes an introduction to the context of Law 225-20, a detailed presentation of the draft of the National Regulation of Extended Producer Responsibility (REP), interactive sessions for the exchange of ideas, and the formulation of conclusions and next steps.
